For Dalia: Take ghee in a pan.Add Dalia and roast it for sometime till it’s colour change to pink.
Then add water and allow it to boil till water gets absorbed.Add sugar and flaked almonds.
Dalia is ready to be served.
Recipe for chocolate sheera: Take ghee in a pan.Add semolina to roast.
After roasting add water followed by Hershey syrup.Then add cashew and almonds chopped.
Now take silicone baking cups and add Dalia at bottom and over it chocolaty sheera and vice versa and allow it to bake for 10 minutes so that it becomes more pleasant to taste and such fusion is yummy and healthy.
